Workshops
I’ve worked with Peak Cymru, Fio, Made Gallery in Denbigh, Artes Mundi, Heart of Glass and St Fagans National Museum of History to deliver workshops and interventions for gatherings, young people’s programmes and contribute to ongoing project development.
In 2024, I was one of four mentees selected for the Wales Arts Health and Well-Being Network’s Pilot Programme ‘Stepping In’, where I received training to re-develop elements of my practise to serve NHS staff and patients.
Our bodies and spirits have gone through millions of years of evolution throughout which we have been millions of different species. We contain millions of years of stories, connections, teachings, knowledges, languages, feelings and modes of healing.
I use workshops to help connect us to these experiences and build deeper connections with ourselves, the environment and the ‘more than human’.

I also offer ‘The Bird That Brings Hope’ - a workshop that follows the story of the ‘Chitibuck’ - a blue feathered bird that lives on the Planet Luz. In the lore of our galaxy, its duty is to travel to other planets and collect the hopes of different species, and keep them in its stomach. When it dies, these hopes nourish the sacred ground beneath our feet.
The purpose of this workshop is to unravel human supremacy and to build interspecies solidarity. Over the course of a day, we’ll explore the question - ‘what is our duty to each other?’ - through conversations, folklore, storytelling, writing and practical elements.
